Orthopaedic Surgeon

Mr Suren Senthi is a New Zealand trained orthopaedic surgeon who has also completed prestigious international fellowship training in the United Kingdom, subspecialising in paediatric, adolescent and adult foot and ankle surgery.
Suren graduated from the University of Auckland, School of Medicine, commenced orthopaedic surgical training in 2012, and passed the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons Fellowship Examination in 2016. He went on to complete two years of post fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery and Paediatric Orthopaedics, working alongside world-renowned experts in Bristol, United Kingdom.
He has been appointed a Director of Auckland Bone and Joint Surgery, one of New Zealand’s most respected orthopaedic surgery groups, and holds a public position at Middlemore Hospital, where he takes an active interest in teaching orthopaedic registrars and medical students.
Suren has a special interest in arthroscopic surgery of the foot and ankle and has trained in the latest techniques in adult reconstruction and orthopaedic sports surgery. He has an active interest in academic research and has published in international peer-reviewed journals.
